• Details about your project, such as the type of sign or wrap, sizes, quantities, location, timeline, and budget
• Photos, logos, and artwork files you upload
• Your choices about receiving text messages, and a record of when and how you made them

Information collected automatically when you use the site:

• Your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, as recorded in standard server logs
• When you submit the quote form, the date and time, the page you submitted from, and your IP address and browser, which we keep as a record of your request and any consent you gave

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

• To respond to your quote request and prepare estimates, designs, and mockups
• To schedule, produce, install, and service your project
• To communicate with you by phone, email, or text message, as you have agreed
• To keep records of our work and of your consent to receive messages

If you check a text message consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Primo Signs at the phone number you provide. There are two separate, optional choices: messages about your quote request, project updates, scheduling, and customer care; and occasional promotional messages. You can choose either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to legal limits.
